RGMs work a 50-hour week and shape a culture that is vibrant, inclusive, and rewarding while guiding team members toward promotions and career growth. You will recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, manage schedules, analyze P&L, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to corporate policies and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster equity and inclusion.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and lead product rollout meetings; manage CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and improve digital presence and loyalty programs.
