Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Taco Bell team, delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will hire, train, schedule, and coach staff while managing budget and operations in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will show strong leadership, communication, and a track record of developing people. At least 18 with 1–3 years supervisory experience, and willingness to work a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a team to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Hire, develop, and train employees; conduct new hire orientations and implement training plans.
• Schedule and deploy team effectively; address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor performance and drive profitability.
