Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a General Restaurant Manager to lead a single-restaurant team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding Dunkin' standards. You will oversee openings/closings, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with health and safety rules.

Lead by example, coach staff, and drive cost controls while seeking opportunities to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff and level up team performance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders, team members, bakers and other staff.
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching, feedback and conflict resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control and brand standards.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and food handling compliance.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to improve service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste and boost profitability.
