Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Serve-Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality and safety.

• Coordinate with Executive Chef on events, menus and projected volumes.
• Maintain health and safety standards per state and federal regulations.
