Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred; college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Serve-Safe Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage department operations to ensure high-quality products and first-class service.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained per regulations.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on anticipated volumes, events, menus and staffing.
