Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safety and alcohol service required.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and manage costs.
• Strong focus on training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary guest experiences and drive performance across the restaurant.
• Lead and mentor the management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
