Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one Taco Bell location in Michigan. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and team engagement by modeling the brand standards, coaching staff, and aligning operations with company policies.

You will recruit and train top talent, develop an operating plan, manage labor, food supply, safety, and standards, and resolve issues to deliver a fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop a robust bench of managers and staff.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and brand standards.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Resolve guest issues and drive improvements in service speed.
• Monitor performance, coach for growth, and manage P&L targets.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to brand standards.
