Salamander Palm Beach Employer LLC in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, direct staff, and ensure service standards align with budget objectives. You will work with culinary to keep food and beverage quality high, handle scheduling, training, and guest concerns, and coordinate events.

Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol certifications or obtain within 30 days of hire are required.

Formación

• Full Time Management position requiring flexibility, weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point-of-sale systems (Micros).
• Candidates should be detail oriented and organized.
• Candidates should possess proven leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee short- and long-term planning of department.
• Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and reinforcement of staff.
• Lead and coach the team toward guest service and employee satisfaction results.
• Supervise training programs, merchandising and quality/cost control of food and beverage.
• Understand Associate engagement and accountability.
• Develop approaches to increase food and beverage business and revenues.
• Assist with budget development and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions.
• Complete other projects as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain Florida Food Handlers and Alcohol compliance certifications or obtain within 30 days of hire.
