Job summary

Salamander Palm Beach Employer is seeking an experienced bartender for the Lobby Bar in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will greet guests, craft cocktails and beverages, handle the bar POS, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, good math skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with bartending experience a plus. Flexible day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or serving experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Knowledge of liquors, wines, and standard drink recipes.
• Ability to stand for long hours and carry related equipment.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and light food to guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the lounge.
• Input orders into the POS and balance cash receipts at end of shift.
• Stock, replenish and stock-check bar supplies and garnishes daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and comply with safety regulations.
