This role includes coordinating with teams, driving promotions, and occasional training travels to SC/NC locations. Salary is up to $80,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, uphold service quality standards.
• Financial Oversight: manage budgets, monitor sales, analyze profitability, implement revenue-increasing strategies, control expenses.
• Staff Leadership and Development: recruit, train, schedule, conduct performance reviews, ensure service standards and high morale.
• Customer Service: monitor satisfaction, handle complaints, gather feedback, cultivate patron relationships.
• Inventory and Supplier Management: manage inventory, order supplies, negotiate with vendors, reduce waste, optimize stock rotation.
• Marketing and Promotions: develop strategies, plan events/promotions, use social media to boost visibility and attract customers.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, sanitation regulations, local laws, and company policies are followed.
