Wild Wing Cafe is reopening in Columbus, GA and seeks a skilled General Manager with a minimum of three years' experience to oversee operations, financial oversight, staff leadership, and guest services. Responsibilities include inventory, supplier management, marketing, and compliance to maintain a safe, high‑quality dining environment.

This full-time role is based in Columbus with some travel to other locations in SC or NC for training.

Qualificações

Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customers.
Financial acumen to manage budgets and profitability.
Customer service orientation to ensure a positive guest experience.
Knowledge of food & beverage trends, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

Operational Management: supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff and uphold service quality.
Financial Oversight: manage budgets, monitor sales, analyze profitability, and control expenses.
Staff Leadership and Development: recruit, train, schedule, and review performance.
Customer Service: monitor satisfaction, handle complaints, gather feedback, and build patron relationships.
Inventory and Supplier Management: manage stock, negotiate with vendors, and reduce waste.
Marketing and Promotions: develop strategies, plan events, and use social media for visibility.
Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and regulatory adherence.
