Qualifications

• 2+ years’ GM experience in Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• ServeSafe certification preferred; strong leadership and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure positive guest experience and profitability.
• Attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
• Supervise managers and team members; model and enforce brand standards and safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on leadership; support all roles as needed and drive continuous improvement.
