Job summary

Taco Bueno is seeking a General Manager in Oklahoma City to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee managers and front-line teams, uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while delivering authentic hospitality.

As a hands-on leader, you will train and develop staff, manage schedules, control costs, and foster a positive culture that supports growth and exceptional guest experiences across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current experience in casual dining.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
• HS diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant's strategic and day-to-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Direct restaurant operations to meet sales and profit objectives while maintaining quality and safety.
• Model our core values, develop a high-performing management team, and support staff as needed.
