Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and staff, ensuring guest needs are met and exceeded.
• Handle staffing: scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training, and discipline.
• Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per health regulations.
• Close and secure the restaurant nightly; manage inventory and weekly orders.
• Assist ownership in reducing labor and food costs and drive marketing content.
