Job summary

Jimmy John's Sandwiches in Sevierville, Tennessee seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top quality food, guest satisfaction, inventory control, and restaurant maintenance while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage schedules; handle cash and reporting; promote a positive atmosphere; and maintain safety, training and compliance to deliver great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires associate's degree or equivalent, and at least one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work minimal 50 hrs/wk; including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers; ensure cleanliness and equipment are in good condition.
• Ensure ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with food safety in mind.
• Maintain a local marketing program to grow sales and manage administrative responsibilities such as timekeeping, inventory, cash handling and sales reporting.
