• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Manage scheduling, training, and onboarding of new hires.
• Coach and mentor your team, identifying and developing future leaders.
• Uphold high standards for food quality, monitor service and address guest feedback.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations with regular inspections and training.
• Support budgeting, inventory management, and other cost-saving initiatives.
