Job summary

Dough Zone USA is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations across WA-based locations in the Seattle, Bellevue, Lynwood, and Tacoma areas. This hands-on leadership role rewards guests with outstanding dining experiences and develops high-performing teams.

You will drive daily operations, optimize sales and profitability, oversee FOH/BOH, ensure food quality and safety, and mentor staff through coaching, training, and clear career pathways within our growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control and performance analysis.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Manage scheduling, training and onboarding of new hires; coach and mentor staff.
• Uphold high standards for food quality and guest experience; address feedback promptly.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation regulations; conduct inspections and training.
• Balance labor costs with service needs and support budgeting, inventory, and cost-saving initiatives.
