Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality, an Austin area restaurant group, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, oversee FOH/BOH, and deliver Notable Hospitality. You will manage staff performance, scheduling, onboarding, and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have restaurant GM experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Restaurant GM or similar role in hospitality
• Familiar with restaurant mgmt software (Aloha/Toast)
• Strong math and reporting skills; customer-focused
• Excellent communication and team leadership
• Willing to work opening hours, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma; hospitality cert a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Facilitate daily pre shift meetings
• Supervise BOH and FOH and provide assistance as needed
• Arrange for onboarding new employees (trainings and uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
