Job summary

The Church’s Chicken in Nashville, TN is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who will lead a single-location operation, delivering a superior, value-oriented guest experience with friendly, fast, accurate service in a clean and safe environment.

The RGM is accountable for achieving sales goals, controlling expenses, training and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies. Expect 50–55 hours per week, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Build team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvements.
• Assist and resolve guest complaints in-person or by phone.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional calls handling.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide regular feedback and develop staff.
• Cross-train and develop new skills with directs reports.
