Lead efforts in menu collaboration, seasonal offerings, and high standards of safety and cleanliness. Drive financial performance, oversee budgets, and implement community promotions to attract customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a diverse team.
• Strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback positively.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting and cost control.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
