LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Miss J's Cafe at our Grandview travel center. Lead daily operations, ensure guests enjoy delicious meals and exceptional service, and inspire your team to deliver excellence.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and food quality, collaborate with culinary teammates on menu items, and drive promotions to attract local guests. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback effectively.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven problem-solving and strong communication abilities.
