You will manage budgets, monitor costs, collaborate with culinary staff on menu items, and develop promotions to grow business. This role requires 3+ years of leadership in fast-paced eateries and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Strong guest service focus and ability to handle feedback positively.
• Solid understanding of restaurant finances, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to assess challenges quickly and implement effective solutions.
