LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our BRAND NEW travel center to lead Miss J's Cafe and oversee daily operations, ensuring guests enjoy great food and exceptional service.

You will recruit and develop a diverse team, maintain top-notch food quality and safety, manage budgets, and drive promotions to attract locals. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a diverse team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of restaurant finances, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
