KBP Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Alabama to lead operations, people, and financial performance for a KBP Foods restaurant. You will build and develop your leadership team, drive profitability, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include managing labor and inventory, cash controls, and safety procedures while coaching staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service. 18+ years old; 1 year RGM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
