The role requires 1+ year GM experience in food service or retail with P&L ownership, the ability to close shifts, and a strong customer-service mindset. KBP offers training, benefits, and clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and improving store performance.
• Ability to manage labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
