Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of general manager experience.
• 5 years minimum of restaurant experience.
• Detail and deadline-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception.
• Coordinates the entire operations of the restaurant and bar and kitchen area.
• Organizes and supervises shifts, establishes floor plans based on reservations and walk-in business.
• Responds to and resolves customer concerns and complaints.
• Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
• Prepares and reconciles cash drawers and enforces cash control policies.
• Balances company safe and manages cash procedures.
• Implements posted work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Maintains inventory levels and oversees equipment maintenance.
