Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• ServSafe® or Prometric/NEHA Certification.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and delegate tasks to the team.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and deposits, and maintain cash controls.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff; conduct performance reviews every 90 days.
• Create weekly schedules and attend monthly management meetings.
• Maintain clean and sanitized restaurant standards.
