Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Valid Driver’s License
• ServSafe or Prometric/NEHA Certification
• Customer service skills
• Experience working in fast food preferred; college degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and service to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Delegate tasks, supervise and train team members, and manage hiring and onboarding
• Count cash from registers and safe; perform deposits and ensure accuracy
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Create weekly schedules and manage time clocks; conduct performance reviews every 90 days
• Lead management meetings and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
