Cafe Rio in Utah is hiring an assistant manager to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations, coaching a diverse team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant with 15+ employees.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; may exceed 40 hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities
