Job summary

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill in Utah is seeking high-energy assistant managers to lead teams and uphold our made-from-scratch standards. You’ll be prepared through 8 weeks of hands-on training and shown how to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant with pride and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Proof of valid driver's license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hrs.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 15+ employees at a time, interacting frequently with customers, and coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, as well as work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
