Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is hiring for assistant manager roles in our fast-paced restaurants. Bring your energy and passion for great food; we’ll train you to lead a team from the front of house to back of house. This role focuses on developing people, delivering guest experiences, and mastering our made-from-scratch menu.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver's license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 plus hrs.
• 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting with a team of 15+ employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, potentially >40 hours per week.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor restaurant team members.
