Job summary

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is seeking an energetic assistant manager to help lead daily operations in our Heber City restaurant. You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house teams, maintain guest satisfaction, ensure quality and food safety, and help train staff.

This role offers hands-on experience, potential for career growth, and a path to leadership within a fresh, made-from-scratch concept. We provide eight weeks of hands-on training, opportunities to manage a multimillion-dollar dining operation,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; may exceed 40 hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
