Cafe Rio is seeking energetic assistant managers to lead our fresh, made-from-scratch concept. You will learn to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant, lead a team, and advance your culinary and management skills in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of valid driver's license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting with a team of 15+ employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Assist in running a multimillion-dollar restaurant and participate in daily operations.
