Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Corporate certification and role-specific training are provided as part of the path to full certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including management staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, and run performance reviews.
• Manage the P&L and drive results against goals.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety.
• Own cash accountability and daily operational standards.
• Build a positive, high-retention culture.
