Jimmy John's in Sheboygan, WI seeks an experienced General Manager to run the store end-to-end, manage the team, P&L, and customer experience.

This full-time role offers $52,000–$60,000 per year plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, retirement match, PTO, and training. You will lead up to 50 staff, ensure operational excellence, and drive growth across our network.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old; able to work 40+ hr weeks, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues.

You'll run the entire store including the team, the numbers, and the customer experience. This is full P&L ownership for a leader who takes pride in operational excellence and building strong teams.
