Domino’s Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join our fast-growing service team in Texas. This role offers a structured training program while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager, with hands-on experience across operations, people leadership, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and ready to lead by example, with a proven record in fast-paced environments and a passion for delivering 5-star guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+, pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or move for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Train and develop Team Members.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets.
• Stock ingredients and process orders; take inventory.
