Domino's Team Murph is recruiting for a General Manager in Training to join our fast-growing quick service restaurant team in Texas. You will participate in a progressive training program aimed at promoting you to a restaurant General Manager, while you contribute to day-to-day operations in a busy store.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and adherence to food safety standards as you help drive sales, manage costs, and train team members.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino's experience preferred.
• Must be 18+; pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, handle stress, and analyze data.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promotes Domino's brand with professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
• Stock ingredients and manage delivery area/storage.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
