Responsabilités

Own the operation: manage daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experiences.
Drive financial performance: independently calculate and manage food costs, beverage costs, labor percentages, prime costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
Lead from the front: recruit, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable while building a high‑performing team and positive workplace culture.
Grow the business: increase sales, build guest loyalty, develop community relationships, and strengthen the restaurant’s reputation in Surprise, AZ.
Control costs: manage purchasing, vendor relationships, scheduling, waste, and expenses with smart operational decisions.
Take charge: identify problems, implement solutions, and make confident decisions with an owner’s mentality.
