Job summary

Bluestone Lane is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Savannah, GA to lead daily operations of the restaurant and banquet services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the Chef and corporate team to optimize menus, pricing, and profitability within budget guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a beverage/food outlet, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and certifications in ServSafe and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ minimum experience in a beverage/food outlet in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• ServSafe Manager and Alcohol certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food & Beverage operations to ensure guest satisfaction and experience.
• Oversee restaurant and banquet operations, including events and promotions.
• Monitor service areas to uphold brand quality and standards.
• Plan training programs for new hires and continued staff development.
• Manage budgets, food costs, labor costs, and invoices in collaboration with leadership.
