Taco Bell in Maple Shade Township, NJ is seeking an Area Coach (AC) who will directly supervise Associate General Managers, Shift Managers and hourly crew, and provide leadership to achieve excellence in operations.

You will drive customer service, maintain product and facility standards, manage food safety, control costs, and develop a strong team through coaching and performance management.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrates ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Drives customer-focused culture and resolves customer issues.
• Tracks and resolves sources of customer complaints.
• Ensures food safety standards are met.
• Develops and drives the restaurant annual operating plan.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllables and takes corrective action.
• Trains and mentors staff on financial analyses and profitability tips.
• Directs HR activities including hiring, training and performance management.
• Oversees scheduling and ensures facilities meet company standards.
