Job summary

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will drive profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

As a GM, you’ll recruit, train, and develop Crew Members and Managers, monitor operations, manage labor and inventory, and deliver consistent quality service. A quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
