• External candidates must have 3 years General Manager experience.
• Internal candidates need 1+ years as Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager with the recommendation of your current General Manager and Area Supervisor.
• All candidates must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.
• Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations.
• Must be willing to transfer to other Fazoli’s locations as needed.
