Job summary

Fazoli’s Paducah is seeking a General Manager responsible for the restaurant’s operation, growth and profitability through People.Sales.Profit.

You will attract and onboard the team, build community relationships to drive in-house and off-premise sales, and oversee controls, safety, performance and financial results. The role requires hands-on leadership, a commitment to training, SERV Safe certification and flexibility to work all hours.

Qualifications

• External candidates: minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience.
• Internal candidates: 1+ years as Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager with recommendation from current GM and Area Supervisor.
• All candidates: must complete Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, interviews, selects and onboards the restaurant team; develops succession and bench strength.
• Builds professional relationships within the community to drive in-house and off-premise sales; executes approved marketing plans.
• Administers all aspects of the business with focus on profitability, controls, safety and guest experience.

Education
