Job summary

Fazoli’s restaurant in Frankfort, KY seeks an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts and support the General Manager in running an efficient, growth-focused operation. You will help develop the team and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

You will work with the GM to expand in-house and off-premises sales through approved plans while maintaining strong controls to protect guests, team members, and investors alike.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years of age.
• External Candidates: Minimum 1-year previous Assistant Manager experience required.
• Internal Candidates: 6 months of experience as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• All Candidates: Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Background, motor vehicle, and reference checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts per policies and standards.
• Supports General Manager in restaurant operations and growth.
• Develops restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Builds business relationships and partnerships within the community to improve sales.
