Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-year previous Assistant General Manager experience.
• All Candidates must complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe.
• Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations (11-8:00 p.m.).
• Must be able to transfer to other Fazoli's restaurants as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength via internal processes and performance management.
• Build professional relationships within the community and drive in-house and off-premises sales per marketing plans.
• Assist General Manager to maximize profitability through effective management practices, controls and safety policies.
