Fazoli's in Lexington, Kentucky seeks a General Manager to drive the successful operation and growth of the restaurant. This role includes attracting and developing the restaurant team, building community partnerships, and ensuring profitability while maintaining operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of management experience, and the ability to create a positive work environment. Flexibility to assist at other locations as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience required.
• Fast-casual or quick service experience preferred.
• Ability to complete all required Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsabilités

• Attracts, interviews, selects and onboard restaurant team members.
• Builds business relationships and participates in community affairs.
