• Ensure compliance with health, hour and wage regulations and ADA/OSHA standards.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and provide training and development.
• Participate in Local Restaurant Marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to the Owner promptly.
• Work on your feet up to 13 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
