Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Summerville, SC. You will recruit and onboard top talent, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing financial performance and local store marketing.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to deliver consistent quality and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Strong financial, marketing, and leadership skills; able to lead a team and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant with “A” Players, recruit, select and onboard quality employees.
• Drive Radical Hospitality by achieving guest satisfaction and handling feedback.
• Lead local store marketing efforts and manage catering sales.
• Hit food cost and labor cost targets; forecast sales and protect profitability.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
