Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the overall staff plan to build sales and staff coverage.
• Prepare manager schedules to ensure proper business coverage.
• Oversee HR compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Provide regular performance feedback and recognition to managers and staff.
• Lead manager meetings and develop individual development plans.
• Drive sales, profitability and cost controls while maintaining standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and a WOW guest experience.
• Maintain safety, security and cleanliness standards at all times.
