As hands‑on leader, you’ll mentor managers, execute brand standards, and continuously improve operations while fostering a safe, welcoming workplace. The GM will collaborate across shifts to ensure consistent execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in casual restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet guest experience and profitability.
• Direct the management team and staff across all shifts.
• Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
